Built by mothers. Designed for every season of motherhood.
Motherhood changes everything - but support for mothers has not kept up. So we built the space we wished we had.
A place where women are supported, not pressured; where movement honours the realities of motherhood rather than fighting against them.
Whether you're preparing for birth, rebuilding after delivery, or years into motherhood, there is a programme that meets you where you are.

Priyanka Chhabra
Priyanka is an ISB alumna, entrepreneur, and toddler mom who understands firsthand the challenges of balancing motherhood, work, and personal wellbeing. Having experienced how easy it is for mothers to put themselves last, she envisioned a space where women could find not only movement and wellness, but also connection, encouragement, and a sense of belonging. At The Exhale Space, she leads brand strategy, marketing, operations, partnerships, community, and the overall member experience - ensuring every interaction with the brand feels thoughtful, seamless, and supportive.
Why we do this
Motherhood changes everything - but support for mothers has not kept up. The Exhale Space was built by mothers who know how easy it is to put yourself last.
A place where women are supported, not pressured; where movement honours the realities of motherhood rather than fighting against them. Whether you are preparing for birth, rebuilding after delivery, or many years into motherhood, there is a programme that meets you where you are.
